WRXD EAS Center operators will NOT in under ANY circumstances release personal information any information regarding the setup and use of EAS Equipment (UNLESS YOU HAVE ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE EQUIPMENT).

Any messages or any support inquiries regarding the setup of EAS equipment and ARE NOT in ANY knowledge of EAS equipment, your message will be trashed. This is for safety reasons. If you have NO knowledge based on EAS equipment we will not respond to your inquiries about that topic.

WRXD EAS Center is NOT responsible for your misuse of EAS tones. Anything you do that regards EAS tones are NOT WRXD EAS Center's responsibility and will not at ANY circumstances be at fault.

Tampering with our services will result in the user being prohibited from using any of our services.

We are here to provided voluntary emergency alerts based on dangerous and hazardous weather and life situations such as (storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods and all other hazards that may pose a threat to life or property.)

We are not under any form of official government or agency such as the following: The FCC, NOAA, CAP Programs, FEMA, and any and all law enforcement or EMS agency.
